Meet Témar Marté
Témar Marté of Punani Steam is the first certified Vaginal Steam Facilitator (established in 2018) & a woman of color, serving our community on the beautiful island of Oahu. Over the years she has worked for different Holistic, Alternative, Naturopath and Functional Medicine doctors, as well as wellness specialty spas. Her passion for yoni steaming began with her own experience with PCOS. The remarkable transformations she experienced through yoni steaming led her to want to share it with the world.
Témar has worked to bring awareness, education, and community engagement in the Yoni Steam world through her work with @steamychick for #steamyaugust (Yoni Steam Month). In addition, she has hosted workshops for various retreats, including @blackwomenhealingretreats the largest healing retreat for black women in the world - held in Costa Rica, Jamaica, and virtually.
